Helo Sada
9 out of 10 times errors in TMPGEnc are causes by missing or corrupted FFDshow codec
update it HERE (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/ffdshow/ffdshow-20030523.exe) , reboot your machine, and try it again.
If you still have troubles, post back, but that may fix it.
I have 4 machines, (2 at home, and 2 at work) and I use TMPGEnc on any combination of them, and have run into similar problems to the one you describe, so I pretty sure that may help you out. ;)

Well then my next suggestion is to do a FULL uninstall of TMPGEnc and try reinstalling. It sometimes happens for reasons unknown that you just had an install go bad (it happens)
Go to Add/Remove Programs and remove it ... then go to your Program Files folder, and remove any leftover folder/files.
** IF you are confident enough (BUT ONLY IF) you can do a registry search for "tmpgenc" and "pegasys" and delete the registry values (ALWAYS MAKE A RESTORE POINT BEFORE AMMENDING THE REGISTRY, JUST IN CASE SOMETHING GOES WRONG) **
If possible, go to Pegasys' website and download a fresh copy to rule out your previous download being faulty. (If you used this same copy to install on another computer, and it works fine, you can omit this step).
If still no go .. you may have to check that you have the proper codecs installed for the files you are trying to create/read
If you are familiar with codecs, only install the pnes you need on your system, if you are not familiar, then the K-Lite Codec pack is a fairly decent bundle ... you're best to remove any other previously installed codec packs (Tsusami etc) if you have any, before you install K-Lite. Too many same type codecs will only serve to confuse your PC.

One last note on this subject ... you may want to rule out that the video source you are converting is not the problem.
If you have TMPGEnc running on another machine, try the same video file and see if it works.
Last night I had my TMPGEnc Plus act up on me and crash when I got maybe 14% into the file ....
I refreshed FDDShow and my MPEG/XVID/DIV4 codecs and it still crashed ....
I tried it on another machine, and same thing ... then I tried a file that I know has good integrity, and it processed it no problems at all.
Just because a video file PLAYS, does not mean it's integrity is good. If it was Encoded with a cracked codec, it can have very undesirable impact on the resulting file, and any further encoding/re-encoding will give you problems.
If you suspect that the video file itself might be suspect, all is not lost. Download X VIDEO CONVERTER (http://www.xvideoconverter.com/) and try to re-encode the video to MPG and then see if TMPGEnc will read it without errors.
Isn't video conversion/editing fun ????? hehehehe
Welcome to my daily world. :(
