apple modem 1200 and accessory kit for Apple II for modem 300/1200 - may want to sell

Hey, I have this Apple Modem 1200 that has never been opened; it's completey sealed. The box is made of some sort of cardboard-like material; so, it is a A LITTLE bit dented. I would say, from 1 to 5 on the condition of the box the parts come in, the box stands at a 4. Anyway, I also have a modem 300/1200 Accessory kit for the APPLE II with Serial Interface Card (opened). The SIC is not opened, though. I'm wondering if these items are common place. Obviously, one cannot go to the local electronic giant and pick said products up, but how rare or common are they? What kind of money can I get for them?
