Foreign Aid is used to bribe countires most of the time, maybe they think they can buy them off.

Well, if you take god to mean the diety worshiped by the most people, then bush and more other western leaders are the enemy of god.

Regardless, this guy certanly isn't helping matters on the 'strip'.
I'd be very interested to see what would happen over there if the billions of dollars in aid and private donations stopped flowing into israel.
