I bought a new mouse - Logitech S34 PS2.
There is software with it but I dont want to install it. I downladed the newest drivers from Logitech but they didnt help much. I writed to logitech and they said that with newest drivers the middle buttons works like left. I think that there is a way to select the function of middle button by tweaking in registry may be. I just want to have third button that is not assigned to dobble click or something like that, just third button (for using it in Quake2 and games like this)

Thaks

You NEED to install the software. No way around it. After you install it, read the readme.txt. I believe the instructions for the registry "may" be in there as I recalled seeing somewhere. After you get what you need, you can deinstall it at that point, although I don't see why. The software is very well written and gives you alot of features and options that you normally can't get with just a registry binding.
