Any body out there know where I can get hold of some pinouts for 32k x 8 Cache Ram? Even the older 8k x 8 might be good, as I could probably extrapolate from there. I have a small heap of ISSI brand IS61C256AH which I aim to include in a project... Any guesses if they are similar to equiv sized EPROM allowing for the fact that one can write to them? Drop a msg back to the 'board pls...
