Nec Multisync 2A Monitor

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the horizontal size of an older Nec 2A monitor. The sides have moved in about 1" on left and right sides. There is no external adjustment on this monitor for horizontal size.

Download a utility called powerstrip v3.5x. It has screen position and refresh rate adjustment options that should be able to correct your problem.
