Sync software

I am looking for software that will compare the files on my computer and the files on my work server and keep the newest one. Anyone know of software that can do this. Also I would like to be prompted to choose if I want to overwrite the file. Any help would be great. Thank you all in advance.

This is the one I use for that very purpose, keep a lot of drivers and programs on my main home PC, sync them with the one i carry around over the network. Works very well. Just another choice.
