wahoo sorry guys I think I found out what the problem was, well I hope anyways.

when I was having the problems with benching and such I checked my BIOS Verion the details where Version 1005 so I checked my update there was a version 1007, downloaded it flashed it and it works fine now, and boy can I see some diffrence in the benchmark2003 with this PRO, really so much smother than my TI4600=(but still a great card), ran it at, but its great every thing is ok for now.

Just disable that VPU recovery option anyhow. It tends to cause problems sometimes and generally always does if you start pushing a high overclock.
