wintune98 memory test

amd k6-2 333 asus p5a---i upgraded the pc100 memory from 32mb to 160mb but when i run the wintune98 memory test the score is only 269. comparible systems test 500+??? also with no programs running the system resouces available is only 75% ?????

There must be something else running in the background. If your computer is configured as a "server" try setting it as "desktop computer" or vice-versa. You could also go to Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools and run the system monitor to see how many threads are running and what your memory usage is. Wintune is not known for being all that accurate. Although I heard that Wintune was just recently improved.
