System Information Refresh?

How do you go about refreshing the info in the sysinfo program. I bought a clearance sale Plustek 4830 scanner w/o install disk and over a period of 2 weeks downloaded and installed 4 diff. ver. of drivers from Plustekusa and Taiwan many times before finally taking it back on sunday to Future Shop so they could have the fun.Lucky for me I think the kid that helped me knew they were closing down and gave me an in the box complete Plustek 9630 in trade for the $20 dollar one. Anyway all the lockups etc. and changing back and forth my printer port from spp,epp1.7,epp1.9,ecp,ecp&epp I now get just a date in just about every device category.

Any ideas?
