Well imagine that,
Since the appeals can run for years I guess this is just more bad publicity than anything.
Maybe it will get MS off of trying to railroad Linux out of contention for a while. At least divert the attention. Looks like the program world is going to get taken over by nothing but lawyers too. The ole American way.
Turn over source code to do what! I don't think I'll live long enough to see that. We can't even get SCO to identify source code that they say they own and everyone owes them for. Never been able to figure that one. How do you pay for something that someone says is there but won't prove is there? Some people will fall for the craziest things. It's amazing what lawyers can hypothetically dream up. Comes with the schooling I guess.:D

I read this article today. It was in yeasterdays wall street journal.

I remember reading something that said they were raided in Japn for the same types of practices.

Will be interesting to see what happens.
