External frequency setting for Athlon XP 2400+

I'm installing an Athlon XP 2400+ into an Asus A7V8X-MX SE, and was wondering what external frequency to set it at:

100MHz
133.33MHz
166.67MHz

FYI: Was just told on the AMD forum to set it to 133 in both the bios and via the jumper on the mobo.

Yep... Your processor runs stock at 266MHz so you set the FSB on the MB to 133 (DDR so 133x2=266).
