Recent upgrade w/ FIC VA-503 mobo, ATI Expert
AGP video, usinf old Maxtor 1G HDD. Problem is PC will not boot, only a single beep. Press reset and it will boot to Win95 OK. Shut down and it will not start again. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
