Hello,

Iīve got a tricky problem ( for me) thatīs i have a CD that was recorded on a CD-R or a CD-RW, it put it on a vulgar CD Drive and the led starts blinking and so on. Now i canīt read this CD on this drive. But if i put it on a different CD reader it reads!!!

Is this problem a Windows problem, or a CD-ROM problem???
I can read CD-R on my CD-R from JVC, but on a vulgar on some cdīs donīt.

If this problem ever happen to you, please give me a reply if you found the way to solve.

Best regards,

In order to read cdr and cdrw discs the cdrom has to multiread capable. By nature all cdr and cdrw devices are multiread, most newer cdroms are multiread. It is most likely that your cdrom is not multiread.

Get a better CD ROM drive http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif, that would be the best fix
