You don't mention a budget, but the Abit AI7's a very nice board. Costs $113 at Newegg:

Depending on what brand you like (I prefer Gigabyte and Asus) and how much you have to spend. If you dont care about price I would recommend buying a brand that you are comfortable with the Intel 875P chipset and the features that you want, here is one that sounds like it might fit the bill...

$123.99
GIGABYTE 875P Chipset Motherboard for Intel Socket 478 CPU, Model "GA-8IK1100" -RETAIL

If you want to keep it closer to $100 then I recommend one with the SIS 655TX chipset

$104.99
ASUS SiS 655TX Chipset Motherboard for Intel Socket 478 CPU, Model "P4S800D-E Deluxe" -RETAIL

The Intel chipset's are a bit more expensive but are known for good reliability and good performance.

This will guide you to buy a good motherboard for that CPU.

The Intel 865PE chipset is fine and costs a lot less:

There's no real advantage to the 875 chipset.

Soyo Dragons are nice and full of features. Gigabyte makes another good mobo product. If your on a budget, I've had real good luck with FIC brand boards ( AU13 ) has Nforce chipset. Hope that helps. Laterz. :t

Gigabyte...

GIGABYTE GA-8IPE1000Pro 2004 GT Edition

Although this is the refurb version, it is fully loaded. I own one now and I was able to get my 2.6C to 3.51GHz...
