Just looking for the fastest AMD CPU out there that these can handle. Thanks. Laterz.:t Direct1 03-20-2004, 03:17 AM Soyo KT333 Dragon Ultra Platinum: Supports AMD Socket-A type processors, including AthlonXP, Athlon and Duron (up to 2200+) FIC AU13: PROCESSOR AMD Athlon™ XP Processors AMD Athlon™ Processors AMD Duron™ Processors 200/266/333 MHz System Data Bus Gigabyte GA-7VAXP: AthlonXP 2800+ http://tw.giga-byte.com/Motherboard/Support/CPUSupportList/CPUSupportList_GA-7VAXP.htm Good luck! :D stix_kua 03-20-2004, 03:19 AM The Soyo takes anything with a 266MHz FSB..Newegg lists the max as a 2200+ but I'm sure a BIOS upgrade wil gte it running other 266MHZ FSB CPUs... The FIC board can take any AMD Athlon XP with up to a 333MHz FSB and the same goes for the Gigabyte board... stix_kua 03-20-2004, 03:19 AM Dang dailup let you beat me to it...:p Direct1 03-20-2004, 03:22 AM  ;) excelscior 03-20-2004, 03:27 AM I'll seems my Soyo is near it's max already. I have a XP1800 in it. I doubt I'll see performance difference when I game if I get a XP2200. It's cool the way it is though. As for the other 2 boards. I have a XP2000 in the FIC and a XP2200 in the Gigabyte. I might consider upgrading them before summer! Laterz.:D Peter M 03-20-2004, 06:36 AM So shuffle the 2200+ over into the Soyo then. excelscior 03-20-2004, 01:15 PM Will do;) SysOpt.com
