Just recieved my shiny new mobile barton 2500 and when i install it, the motherboard doesn't identify it. It just says unknown cpu no matter which combinations of multi and fsb i have tried.
I am running an asus a7n8x deluxe rev. 1.6 with the 1007 bios.
Is there something i am missing or is this just going to be the way it is?

Scratch this post, just rebooted again and now it sees it as a mobile barton. Dunno why, i didn't change anything.:confused:

Just have to figure out how to get it to boot at summat higher than 950mhz now.
All fun and games. :D
