Anyone know of a stand-alone or Outlook/Outlook Express add-in that would allow the downloading of Webmail, or more specifically Yahoo! Email?

I paid 30 bucks for Yahoo! Plus simply for this purpose. However, POP3 will not allow me to download the email from the individual folders, only email in the In-Box.

I have heard of a program to download all of the email, but the person that "had" it, cannot remember the name. Also, a quick search online came up short, so I figured someone here would know.

That looks very promising. After spending 5-10 minutes trying to figure out how to download it, I finally got it. Unfortunately I won't have a chance to try it out until Thursday.

For yahoo in the UK, you can opt in for free pop3 access to your yahoo account, I think this is the same for american accounts. Search Yahoo help for it. Then you can use outlook/express.

In the US, POP3 access is not free. Plus, it will only download items in your inbox, not any folders you may have created.
