Access 97 form and report problem

We cannot drag a form or report from the Database window in one specific Access database to the Database window in another Microsoft Access database to copy the object. The new Database generates an Error message “Index1 isn't an index in this table. Look at the Indexes collection of the Tabledef object to determine the valid index names. ” We have found that the original database is corrupted and Repair doesn’t seem to help. Have tried updating the Jet35upd without success. We cannot copy any form or report from this database. Tables, queries, modules and such can be copied. Is there anyone with an idea on how to fix this?
