CJE-P 03-15-2004, 01:37 PM Not just for PC tweakers but the technology has huge implications in things like optical communications, using the water droplets to change state. I don't think we'll be seeing this any time soon, but the grounwork is done and the technology is promising. Terminator 03-15-2004, 03:09 PM Is it just me imagining a wee nano-guy with a thermometer and bucket of 'liquid' scurrying around with his even wee'er feet getting scolded by the chip ...lol  On a serious point 'sounds' good just one point. This 'applied voltage ' I assume we need some very clever technology to when/where to apply it! I suppose it could be part of future heatsinks. T :t morpheus kain 03-15-2004, 06:56 PM This sounds truly brilliant I hope it lives up to its apparent potential. SLX 03-15-2004, 09:15 PM  morpheus kain 03-15-2004, 09:17 PM Hrmm I wonder what kind of liquid they would be using.... Whatever it is it's going to have to have the ability to absorb a lot of heat. SysOpt.com
