hotmail - wierd delay

..anyone else having trouble with hotmail???
...every time I open an e-mail or go back to the mail page it's a good 30 seconds before I can scroll or open anything or even use
any of the functions on the IE toolbar...

I'm not having any trouble with any other sites in so far as delays, I'm on cable and everything is instant on every other site I use so it seems to just be Hotmail....

well on Friday, I couldn't even log in..everything seems normal now...:confused:

I saw an article on CNN, they were having server trouble for Hotmail and MSN Messenger. Prolly fixed by now.:t

...still the same.....30-40 seconds before a page or e-mail will let me do anything....pages load and then I can't scroll, click, delete or anything then all of the sudden it will scroll or whatever action I performed.

(sorry I had it under general, wasn't thinking :( )

...update...just went there through mozilla and no delays there, so....it must be something with IE although none of my other sites seem to respond slowly.

any thoughts anyone???

the one that says 03/14/04 @ 11:34am was less than 15 minutes before the one that says 03/15/04 @ 6:19pm....03/15/04 is the correct posting date for both of them.

both say 15/03/04 for me, at 11:19 and 11:30 :/

As for the weird delay thing, try disabling some of IE's eye candy like page transitions and ****
