How to import contacts from Outlook to Outlook Express

Have a lot of contacts with e-mail addresses in Outlook which would to use in Outlook Express.

How can I do this?

After opening file export, what options should i use to export the addresses into Outlook Express? I assume I should first choose "to a file", but then I do not see any options relating to Outlook Express?
