I'm unable to get the scanner to work with the USB connection. The parallel connection seems to work fine. The Device Manager lists the ImageStudio VF as an "unknown device." Also, I get message, "drivers not installed." And "Error code 20007" when I try the set-up procedures for the USB connection. Storm Technology went under, so I can't get any help there. Anyone know what to do?

Just a couple of obvious questions:
1) What OS are you running? Windows95/OSR2 with USB Supplement installed or Windows98? (No other Windows versions support USB.)
2) Have you enabled USB in the BIOS?

This is my first computer. A Umax AD-350. Running Windows 98, and it has a Biostar M5ALA motherboard. How do I get into the BIOS to check if USB is enabled? Thanks for the reply.
