I'm planning on installing the new DirectX.
I heart about some problems with this version. I have a Banshee adapter and use 3dfx drivers (not original diamond).
Anyone know about the improvements with DX6.1 (compared to 6.0)?
Should I download complete version or only core? I'm having some problems with my Creative pci128 sound but use newest drivers.
Maybe the soundprobl dissapear with DX drivers!? Is it possible first trying only core and afterwards, is needed, the complete version (including drivers)
