Can't argue with what fishybawb said -- it's the best.
But, what are your system specs? Why do you believe its the video card?

Please lax up on the cap's, its considered yelling in netiquette and the touchy types dont take well to it. Also, please bear in mind this is a family site, and even blanking out letters when cursing is looked down upon.
As for the best graphics money can buy, Radeon 9800 XT, if you choke on the price tag, try the 9800 Pro, not much slower but much less expensive

40 gb western digital (8mb cache)

Nice system BUT if it's crashing all the time, you should not OC. Go back to normal and see if it still crashes? What are your temps?
Best card you can buy (for the money)...
SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON 9800PRO Video Card, 128MB DDR, 256-bit, DVI/TV-Out, 8X AGP - OEM (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-102-268&catalog=48&manufactory=BROWSE&depa=0) = $210 USD Shipped.
Good luck! :D

well i use vantec aeroflow va4-c7040 and mainboard is 22 C and cpu is 37 when idle and 42 at load
I heard somewhere that nforce2 chipset carrying motherboards are better compatible with geforce vga's
Is that true ?
Which one would fit my epox better 5950 ultra or 9800 xt ?

Just because it's cool doesn't mean it's stable...
Not true, ATI works quite well with nNF boards.
Niether, get the 9800 Pro (link above) -- it's by far the best bang for the buck.
Good luck! :D

Actually, both the Nvidia Card and ATI cards are stable with an Epox board. 8rda3+ here.

Why the 8rda3g if you're not using the onboard graphics? Might want to make sure that everything having to do with the onboard graphics is disabled in Bios.

That would be the first Nforce2 board with a G in the model number that didn't have onboard video.
