Thanks Sky, I already fixed that problem by changing the jumper setting of the BIOS from Clear mode to Normal mode. There are other problems:
I can hardly hear the sound from my computer only can hear it by using headphone
and the floppy disk doesn't work.
Please help me out1
Thanks

If you can hear the sound using headphones, then you need to check if your speakers are amplified. The built-in sound in the motherboard does not come with an amplifier.

As for the floppy not working, does it light up if you access the drive - like DIR A:?

If you are using Windows 95 or 98, bootup to SAFE MODE - Command Prompt only. Place a disk (one that you know work with other computer), and issue a DIR A:. If the drive does not spin at all, check the power supply and the cable.

If you can access the drive in DOS, but not in Windows - Check your System Manager.

Is the cable flipped the wrong way - Floppies are funny about where #1 pin is - not all are on the power cable side....

I checked the data cable it looks alright, pin 1 go to pin 1
I saw it spinning but just can not access drive A even in DOS mode.
Thanks

Just one more advice about the floppy cable, usualy it has 5 connectors on it: one at one end to connect to the mobo (or IDE adapter) and two pairs of connectors for the two floppys that can be connected. Be carefull that in the middle is the B floppy and at the other end (after a twisting in the cable) is the A floppy.
Make sure you set up in the BIOS the floppy unit (A or B) according to the connector you used to plug the floppy. If you use the other one, it happenes like you said: doesn't work.
