need help with drivers

i am interested in buying a force feedback pro joystick but i live in japan and well..my OS is win98 english. the driver software is in japanese and won't work on my system. can i download the driver package from the microsoft website and use these drivers.. ???

Yes it can be work or better is if you load drivers from the specificed manufacture of joystick
