hello i'm trying to flash my bios and when the program starts up i type the file that i want to name it and then i save the old bios and name it and then it starts, but a few seconds later source not found flashes on the screen. does anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

Maybe in bios you have forbidden upgrade bios or in motherboard is some jumpers what allows it see you mb manual. Try also updating you flash bios and bios file.
