I cannot enable the XP firewall. It says 'cannot display properites, WMI may be curupted'

how do i fix it? What servcies have to be turned on to make this work other then WMI.

Yeah i tired that. But i cant even start WMI let alone stop it. I get the Error 1068 with i do try to start it.

From what I have heard, the firewall with XP isn't worth dealing with, anyway...MS says it will be improved with SP2. Until SP2 comes out and the reviews are in, use ZoneAlarm or Google or Norton.
