Any ways to do this? So that when you right click, instead of just usual copy/paste/send to options, you can launch programs as well?

Open your Send To folder and dump shortcuts for the programs you want into it.

I Kind of like that one for the simplicity of the whole thing. However, if you're feeling like going way overboard you could always configure your middle mouse button to open a LiteStep PopUp menu. Its a bit more work, but it looks way cooler.
