Hi! I live in Singapore. I have been looking at a system by Toppoint computing(www.toppoint.com). The system is AMD K6-2 400 mhz. SiS mobo. 32 mb SDRAM. 4.3 GB harddisk,8 mb 3d card, 40x cdrom drive. 3d stereo speakers for S$600 if you trade in your pc. Is this price outrageous?

Buy a $10 386, and trade that in. With the money you save, go and buy a good mobo, and use the SIS for a frisbee. It might then start to take on the specs of a "computer".

It's not the greatest price, especially if you have to trade in a computer for it.

Thats about UK£217 or US$355

Is that beginning to sound like a better deal?

I have to agree with Comtech though, SiS products do not have the best reputation.
