Swiftech MCX478-V (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=35-108-021&catalog=62&depa=1)

OR

Thermailright SP-94 (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=35-109-012&catalog=62&depa=1)

I only and I MEAN ONLY want cooling, I don't if it sounds like a rocket launching in my case, I want to be able OC while being ice cold, I will be pairing either of these with a Vantec Tornado :t

Heatpipes like what are on the Thermalright are always good.

You can't go wrong with that Thermalright heatsink, however, that Tornado fan from what I hear is can be noisy...just food for thought.:t

Yes, its also all copper.
And that Swiftech looks like a copper base filled with the threaded end of bolts.

My vote goes for the Thermailright SP-94, make sure you have a fan speed controller if your ganna use that tornado :p its as loud as a hair dryer without one :p

Both of the heatsinks you're considering do not come with fans... so you can pick your own quiet/stealth (ie: Vantec, Zalman, etc...).
The Swiftech is kinda Alpha-ish in design... but I would still go with the Thermalright as the price is almost the same.

How about the Thermalright SP-94 Vs the Zelman 7000A-Cu

The thermalright would be the better of the two. However, for very, very nearly equal performance without a quarter the noise, the CNPS7000 can be had.

The SP-97 needs a high-speed fan in order to perform as well as the CNPS7000Cu
