Need a CAB Reader for Windows98

I just installed Windows 98 and am missing a file when booting, VNETBIOS.VXD. Does anyone know where I can get a CAB Reader for Windows 98? Anyone, by chance, know in which CAB file I would find this file?

I may be wrong, but I think W98 can extract files from CAB archives all by itself. If not, Winzip 7.0 can do it.

win98 does it itself.
On your 98 disk.
You have a network?
you have to hit the enter key on boot?
You need to take out and reload your network drivers and you'll be all set.
