Umm im kinda concened here. My friend has a palomino 2000+@53c - 60c and nothing hasent happened yet... some tbred-s have gone to those temps@ 2200MHz with a xp1700tbred.

Now.. my bartons temp is 49-52c idle and gose to 56-62c when playing.
Is this dangerous? I havent seen nothing happened yet...
Im using FalconRock2@7v on it... all my computer-s fan-s are @7v... PSU too... actually I changed the PSU fan with the FalconRock2@7v and the PSU one went to the back case to blow air out... and there is a 92x92 fan on the processor.
I have two fans blowing out at the back, One color fan blowing in at the case side... and one infront blowing in.
So any ideas how I could get my temps lower?
Im thinking on cutting a hole on top of my case...

Before cutting up the case;
Does it run cooler with the side off?
With pretty good ventilation you can expect a case temp about 10C higher than room temp. You should check your case temp, a digital medical thermometer (cheapest in the baby section of the stores, usually) is good to compare with the motherboard temp.
Your HSF temps sould be expected to run about 10C warmer than your case temps (or 20 C warmer than room temps).
I would also go back to 12V on the fans, one at a time, and in combinations to try for the best flow(temp)/noise combo.
I experienced very good results by ducting the outside air directly to my HSF (try it with cardboard and tape to see if it gve you good results when run from your side fan to your HSF).
60C is not dangerous, many have run there without ill effects.
Blow holes in the casetop are very good at increasing the ventilation. I would check to see if you can get an exhaust fan high in the back of the case before cutting the hole.
Enjoy!
