Need for Speed, Porsche Unleased

I have a 4 cd set of NFS, Porsche Unleased, Nascar etc. (some Sega Rally games). Will these games work on MS XP Pro, or I have to make that computer dual OS and install WIN 98 SE.

Any info?

PS: on a clearer note, I am trying to find out that on avg. do games meant for WIN 98 work on WIN XP Pro too?
