I found this new type of PCI cooler on this site. looks like a great alternative to cooling methods today. Pleaes let me know what you guys think.

In my mind, it doesn't seem like a good idea. I have seen the concept of case cooling debated in many places. I think all have agreed that you want fresh air from the bottom-front of your case to meander through in a backward "S" shape so it flows over all components before being exhausted out of the top/back. This provides fresh, cool air to the entire PC without having any hot spots. If this is truly the best way to air cool a case then this PCI cooler would misdirect that intake air leaving the entire top of the case as a hot spot.

Don't like it much. Ideally, you want your exhaust to be high out the back. Good luck! :D

It's just a variation on those useless PCI slot coolers, and probably just as ineffective. Buy some proper case fans and go for the low-front intake, high-back exhaust mentioned by Rob.

A waste of money. What kind of airflow would you expect to get from (2) 45mm fans? Minimal at best. Anyways with the airflow idea the PCI slots only go so high so this fan would only be scavenging the bottom 1/2 of the internal case air. That air is cooler than the upper 1/2 so you are pulling out perfectly good cool useful air before it can be used to cool the components up higher. The only good PCI slot fan is a slot cooler with the flat round style of fan. If you put it next to your AGP slot it can help carry off a good deal of the heat created by your graphics card. But it must be close to the heat source to have any effect. The fan you bring up is a waste of space and money

Problem though. I'm running a dell Dimension 8300 that came with 2 measly fans. I have upgraded to 4 fans, but I can't get anymore on my case without mutilating my case. Any suggestions?

What are your temps now? might not need anything more?

I have a freakin dell. I can't tell what the temps are right now. All I know is that on my Geforce FX 5900, Idle is 49 degrees C while the ambient temp (whatever that means) is 37. I have no idea beyond that. I also know under load, the temps can reach up to about 65 degrees celcius on the vid card. But that doesn't determine too much.

If you think the cooler will work, go for it. You'll never know until you try it. Let us know how it turns out. Good luck! :D
