HELP ME

i am building a computer from board up
an unisys mother board, i won't be surprized if you never heard of it
with a pentium 75 pro, so but better then what i got

n e ways it wount load the operating system or register the cache, i checked all of the jumpers and it still is not working could i be because i am taking my 486's hd and putting it in to my pentium please help
