It's true though, its not a computer, they dont really need a hard drive. As long as they put a big flash drive in it, that would be sufficient.

I dont think the idea that M$ had of it becoming "the 1 entertainment box" that played music and end everything never really caught on. I use mine for games and a dvd player and thats it. I dont need the hard drive I have a memory card for it.

I believe the HD would be a add on expasion you could buy. Another thing is it would be called on the lines of xbox next instead of xbox2 and probaly not run xbox games. because of trying to get it away from the 86 platform that computers use. look at this new gaming system apex (http://www.apexdigitalinc.com/proddetail.asp?category=ApeXtreme&subcat=&linenumber=76&c=4) looks nice if you ask me. Probably get after its been out for a couple months.

Uh never mind about that add on expansion now I don't see it coming to happen. I aways used my hard drive for everthing never had memory card didn't need it.

I mean, seeing how badly a XBOX can be hacked, MS would not be too bright to keep an HDD in there. Also, to be honest, I can think of very few things that a HDD can do that something like Flash ram can't. :t
