Why does some URL dont work for my gaming rig but works on my Internet comp?

[ATI RADEON 8500]

I keep geting Error 404 with this URL http://www.jonmega.com/~iceman/

But works perfectly fine with my Internet Computer.

Help?

methinks the other computer is using a cached copy of the url!

empty the cache and try again!

may be an autogenerated url !

methinks the other computer is using the url without the tilde
remove the tilde and it will work

It worked fine before I formated my computer... Afterward it doesent work properly. I dunno why and thats why I'm asking. And I've cleared my cache and all everything I can think of but zip.:confused:
