Hi,
I would like to hear from computer technician who deal with Dell computers and laptop. I'm dealing with a Dell Lattitude XPI cd laptop. I need to re-install windows 95 fresh from the cd. I got this boot diskette which detect the cdrom. But because its not a Sierra or ISO-9660 cdrom, i can't access the cd. On Dell's website there nothing to download. CAn anyone suggest what or where I can download the driver for a laptop of this type. Or just email me with an attachement to do_g@hotmail.com.
Thanks...but i would like to know if any one of you have problem fixing or tweaking with any Dell hardware.

George.

Actualy, If you have WIN98, just make a bootdisk, I have booted several different Laptop CDROM drives from that boot disk.

The CD-ROM God is a boot disk that has 50+ CD-ROM drivers. It has basic ATAPI drivers, and model specific drivers. As long as you can guess what type of CD-ROM you have, CD-ROM God will work. This disk can really save you in a jam. If you have ever formatted a drive, then realized you just lost the CD drivers, this disk is for you...
