spybot, new problem!

Well, spoke too soon last night.
After doing a sweep etc. I came to switch on this am and Boo hoo, it tells me couldn't start as file
uxtheme.dll could not be found.
Has spybot taken it out?
I can't get in at all. I'm using Notebook for this hope it gets to you. I've tried last good config, boot & repair from Cd but no good.
What have I done?

I would boot from the Windows CD and reinstall Windows over itself because the settings remain intact.
