Good spyware/spam removers

Can anyone recommend any good (preferably free) spyware removers and spam blockers?

As to spam blocking, it depends on what kind of spam you're talking about, but anyway:

Mailwasher and if you can still find a free version, SAProxy are the best pieces of software ive yet to use

Ad-ware is very good. Just keep it updated and your all set.
