Incoming mail sent directly as spam by Norton AV

Most incoming mail in my mothers pc is treated by Norton as spam. I have Nav 2002 and there appears to be no such option, so I assume it corresponds to either Norton System Works version or a newer version of NAV.

My mother lives in another state, and I cannot check the software to determine how to let Norton receive directly all incoming mail.

I would appreciate your help in this regard

Have both you and your mother download and install one of the many versions of VNC remote desktop control.

You can password protect her machine and yet you can connect to her over the Internet and see her screen and use your mouse and keyboard to fix problems.

We use VNC at work all the time for remote problem solutions.
