My printer's fritzing!

alright... brand new hp-1100se laserjet printer... however everytime i print anything it's leaving little black dots down the side. there is no "clean" button on the printer... help out if you can! thanks

If those little black dots are evenly spaced you have a BAD toner cart. this is caused by a scratch on the "OPC" drum or fuser assembly. Looks like you need a new toner cart!

they are evenly spaced, but they weren't there for the first couple times that i printed. any way to clean the toner cartridge?

WEll unfortunatly with them spaced evenly it is a damaged toner cartridge. With the 1100se that you have the toner cart is a "all in 1" unit. the only thing to do is replace it. (toner cart that is)
