Problem: Every one in a while (don't know why), IE4 just stops (seems to be certain sites). When I Ctrl+Alt+Delete, IE's listed as (not responding). When I "End Task," however, it kills my system tray, though Windows rebuilds itself just fine.
Question: Is there anyway to restart or refresh the system tray? Any help'd be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
