I need 1GB of PC 3200 memory and the price doesn't matter aslong as I dont pay more then 250 bucks. I have a ASUS A7N8X Deluxe mobo. This is for a gaming PC so I can't use generic ****.

Yep. Personally I'd go with the Crucial, but it's your money :)
