I got a 56K modem, it has a PC-tel388 HSP chip but I do not know the manufacturer of the modem. All I have is the model which is GC560PCT, I've been on PC-tel's website and I still couldn't figure out who makes this modem. So if anyone knows anything about this modem, lend me a hand and tell me where to go for updates/software/drivers etc.

The only thing I found is a company in Taiwan
that lists the modem on their site. The link is

Additionally you can go to windrivers.com and search for the manufacturer of your modem if you can find the fcc id number on your modem.
