Creating Clipart from a scanned image

Leaning more about graphics. Wanted to use a scanned image and convert it to "clipart". My scanned images load slower and wanted to know if it were possible to convert them to "clipart".

What do you mean by clipart? I think you want jpeg or tiff format,

You can use photoshop, paintshop or any similar graphic program to import and make them a smaller size in Bytes and then save to the format you want, then use them for your clipart.
