Rabbitrunner51 02-07-2004, 02:41 PM Jak.... rather than start new thread, I would like to ask a genral question about the order for the install of all the updates for BF 1942...as I just uninstalled and re-installed..due to a issue i had with the DC Mod ( some hookup glitches ) The first patch is the 1.5L ? and then the 1.5L stand alone and then the 1.6 ... I s this right?? or is the second patch above not needed and then just load 1.6? I was tols to re-install the game and then the patches again....to fix my problem..so I am doing this and want everything in order,so as to work properly this time Also, is there a differnce in the 1.5L-1.6 update versus the latest 1.6 update which is listed as seperate updates??? Alot of basic questions.....i don't want to do this again.. thanks for the thread on the latest update 1.7 .......it just goes on and on......fantastic! Logan2002 02-07-2004, 02:48 PM oh **** do u see the size of that file???? 500+megs! Man my bf 1942 folder is going to be huge!!!!!! Or are files over written so the over all size of the folder does not increase by serveral hundred megs at a time? richard_cocks 02-07-2004, 03:10 PM it'll overwrite the old desertcombat. your BF1942 folder will still be huge though :( Bigjakkstaffa 02-07-2004, 03:29 PM Originally posted by Rabbitrunner51 Jak.... rather than start new thread, I would like to ask a genral question about the order for the install of all the updates for BF 1942...as I just uninstalled and re-installed..due to a issue i had with the DC Mod ( some hookup glitches ) Dunno, i dont have the game, played it once and didnt like it much at all --Jakk:t SysOpt.com
