MoBo RAM confusion! Need help!

OK, I'm almost ready to have this thing put together, but I still need to buy the RAM, but I'm confused. The motherboard is an MSI K8T NEO-FIS2R. Can I use Kingston HyperX 512MB PC3200 400MHz SDRAM-DDR, 2.6V, CL2, TSOP Desktop Memory modules? The following is on the MSI site for the motherboard:

Due to the High Performance Memory design, motherboards or system configurations may or may not operate smoothly at the JEDEC (Joint Electron Device Engineering Council) standard settings (BIOS Default on the motherboard) such as DDR voltage, memory speeds and memory timing. Please confirm and adjust your memory setting in the BIOS accordingly for better system stability.
Example: Kingston HyperX DDR500 PC4000 operates at 2.65V, 3-4-4-8, CL=3.
For more information about specification of high performance memory modules, please check with your Memory Manufactures for more details.

They're saying: "When you buy memory, go into BIOS and set it's timings according to the manufacturer"
HEre's the list of tested memory for that motherboard: http://www.msi.com.tw/html/products/mainboard/testreport_pdf/6702/memory.pdf Which doesn't mean you can't use memory that hasn't been tested there.

The one I can get a deal on isn't on the list, hence this post.
